There have been many times over the last two years that I have never ceased to be amazed by the level of expertise, knowledge, and ‘craftsmanship’ received by the surgical team entrusted with my care . I have been extremely lucky to have Mr Coleman in Plymouth and now Mr Cecil here in Basingstoke, both at the leading edge of what they do. Gentlemen I salute you both!

We have run through this afternoon the ‘procedure’ and with my usual predictable ‘neurosis worry beads’ once again talked through what could ‘possibly go wrong’.

Thankfully they are leaving my ovaries in so thats one less thing to worry about…
